Feature Updates

New Feature: Change Password Directly From Investor Login:


With the recent update, we are introducing a new functionality that allows investors to change their passwords directly from their portal. When logged in, investors can easily update their passwords using the "Change Password" feature. This new feature enhances security and offers greater convenience for users by allowing them to manage their account credentials more efficiently.

Introducing a New View Type as Email in Profit & Loss and Dividend Report:


With the recent update, we have introduced a new view type called "Email" in both the Profit & Loss and Dividend Reports. Additionally, we have added a checkbox labelled "CC with RM" so that when the report is sent to the investor, the RM is automatically kept in CC. This ensures that relationship managers stay informed and can provide better support to their clients

New Feature: Delete Imported Transaction Data(Excel file) of Mutual Funds and Share & Bond:


With the latest software release, we have introduced a new feature that allows advisors to delete imported transaction data for Mutual Funds and Shares & Bonds. This new feature gives advisors more flexibility and control over managing the client's transaction data, which are manually imported.

Portfolio Summary On Screen - Preference Saved for Active Filter:


With this latest update, we have addressed the issue of repeatedly using the checkbox for filtering active assets. If you have used the 'Save Setting' feature while downloading the PDF report and selected the checkbox for active assets, the onscreen report will now also have the active assets checkbox ticked by default. This improvement ensures a more streamlined and efficient user experience.

Added Category Filter for Share and Bond in Portfolio Valuation/Summary Report:


With the latest update, we have added a filter option for the "Category" for the asset types selected as Shares & Bonds in the onscreen Portfolio Summary and Valuation reports. The category dropdown now includes options like All, Equity, Debt, Gold, and Other, and features multi-select functionality. This enhancement allows users to customise their views and analyse their portfolios more effectively.

Addition of Specific Dates Frequency for SIP Order via NSE


With the latest update, we have added a new frequency type option, "Specific Dates," for SIP orders. With this new option, users can select multiple dates from the provided list for a specific month. This new enhancement gives more customization options for scheduling SIP Investments.

Improvements in Capital Gain Summary and Detailed Report:


With the recent update, we have revamped the design of the PDF file generated for unrealized capital gain summary and detailed reports. Previously, the data for short-term and long-term equity and debt for shares, bonds, and mutual funds were shown separately. Now, we have combined this data for a more streamlined and comprehensive view. This change aims to enhance the clarity and usability of the reports.

Improvements in Investor Data Mining:


  • In the recent update, you will find some interesting improvements in the Investor Data Mining report:

For the asset class type selected as Share and Bond and grouped by scrip, we have added three columns in the onscreen view: Quantity, Purchase Price, and Current Price. Additionally, in the downloaded Excel file, we have renamed "Balance Unit" to "Quantity."

 

  • For the asset type Mutual Fund and the report type Portfolio Valuation, we have added a new radio button for Family Head in the group by section.

  

New Improvements in Income Detail Report:


With the recent update, we have added a new filter for folios when grouped by Transaction. The folio filter will be activated when the client is selected.


This new feature enhances the report's usability by allowing users to filter brokerage earned on specific folios, making it easier to analyze and track individual folio performance

Below are the Bugs resolved


Sorting Issue in Lost Brokerage Excel File:


A user reported an issue with the Lost Brokerage Excel file, where the amount column could not be sorted correctly. This problem occurred because the amount column was formatted as text. We have now updated the column to number format, resolving the issue. The amount column can now be sorted properly.

Error Message While Uploading Signature When Activating UCC:


A user reported an issue during the document submission process, where uploading the signature returned an error message stating "something is not good." Our development team identified the bug causing this issue and has successfully rectified it. Now, the signature upload process functions smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for users.


Nominee Guardian Details Missing of Minor in IIN Form


A user reported an issue with the IIN form where the Nominee Guardian details were missing when downloading the pre-filled IIN form for a minor. Our development team has identified and rectified the bug causing this issue. Now, the pre-filled IIN form correctly includes Nominee Guardian details for minors, ensuring complete and accurate information is provided.

Login to Investwell >> Invest Online NSE >> Profile List >> Incomplete IIN >> Action (Select any from the list) >> Activate IIN

 

Compliance Report- Inactive Folios are Showing in the Active Folio List:


A user reported a bug in the Compliance report, where the generated list of folios with missing KYC included inactive folios. Our development team has identified and resolved the issue. Now, only folios with an amount greater than 10 INR will be listed in the report.

Improved Brokerage Import Process for Multiple Transaction Types:



With the latest update, we have improved the brokerage import process. Previously, we were only importing brokerage transaction types as either Purchase or SIP. Now, we have upgraded the system to recognize and import other transaction types such as Switch In, STI, and Div Reinvest.

These improvements allow for more accurate and comprehensive tracking of various transaction types, providing better insights into brokerage activities.


Improved Video KYC Process


With the recent update, we have improved the  KYC process to use new application status from the backend, ensuring accurate status tracking and improved reliability across the product.
