We have added a Due Diligence Report under the Business Analytics Section for the ease of our users in generating reports.
Below are the steps to be followed in order to generate the report:
Login to Investwell >> Business Analytics >> Due Diligence Report.
Model Portfolio - Include Factsheet:
We have enhanced our Model Portfolio option to include the Factsheets of the scheme chosen once ticked by the user.
This will help the user in analyzing the portfolio.
Below are the steps to create a Model Portfolio
Login to Investwell >> Utilities >> Model Portfolio >> New Model Portfolio.
Sub Brokerage PDF Report”
If the Sub Brokers ARN and EUIN are not mentioned by the admin in the user profile page, the Logo and the Company details will not be displayed while generating the Sub Brokerage PDF Report.
BSE order:
While initiating transactions via BSE exchange authentication of transactions is not necessary for non individuals.
This change has been incorporated into the system as well.
Portfolio Valuation FD Section and FD Renewal Mail:
We have updated the Portfolio Valuation Report - FD section and FD Renewal Mail to now include FD Reference Numbers against the Fixed Deposits.
Below are the Steps that can be taken to update FD on the system:
Login to Invetswell >> Data Management>> Create Transaction >> Fixed Deposit >> Add Transaction.

Clients can use to option to create user accounts in bulk on Investwell.

Login to Investwell >> Settings >> User Settings >> Upload>> Download Sample File >> Enter data >> Upload.

We have added 3 PMS AMCs to the system namely Alchemy, Quest, and Helios
Below are the steps to update PMS on Investwell:
Login to Investwell >> Data Management>> Create Transaction >> Other Assets >> Create Asset.
Avg AUM bill - Excel Export:
We have added an Excel export column in the AUM-wise Billing module.
This will help the user to get the average AUM data of the client in order to charge them on the basis of their AUM.
Below are the steps to be followed to generate an invoice:
Login to Investwell >> Billing >> Create Client Bill.
Access Permission:
In the earlier update, we released an Access permission option which can be used to control the features to be shown in the sub-user login.
Until now, once the admin made any changes in the access permissions, the sub-user has to log out and re-login the system for the effect to take place.
This has been enhanced to be done on a real-time basis. Once clicked on save after making the changes it will be displayed on the stop without the requirement of re-login.

Below Bugs were resolved during the week:
NSE STP not Initiating with weekly frequency:
While initiating STP orders for weekly frequency, there was an error from the backend due to which the orders were failing.
This issue has now been resolved by the team.
Below are the steps to be followed to initiate the STP transaction:
Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard >> Invest Online NSE >> Additional Transaction >> Transact >> STP >> Enter pending details >> Proceed.
BSE Onboarding Address Validation:
While Onboarding a client on BSE, there is a requirement to enter the address details of the client.
Here, if the maximum character limit was exceeded, an “Invalid” Error message was displayed this has been rectified to “Address 1 should not be more than 40 chars”
Below are the steps to Onboard a client on BSE via Investwell.
Login to Investwell >> Invest Online BSE >> Profile List >> Create UCC.
UCC Bulk Import:
While Uploading the UCC file on the system, the Guardian Name for Minor Nominee, Email Declaration, and Mobile Number Declaration were not getting updated on the system.
This issue has now been resolved and data is updating correctly.

Login to Investwell >> Invest Online BSE >> Profile List >> UCC List.
Pagination Issue:
In the Clients menu on any page, if we Edit the client & save or click on the back button after the Editing page would redirect to 1st page of the client menu instead of remaining on the same page.
This has been addressed by the team now.
Portfolio Rebalancing Report:
While adding a scheme in the Portfolio Rebalancing Report, if the same scheme is used for different family members the system would not allow saving the details.
This issue has been resolved now.
Below are the steps to be followed to generate the Portfolio Rebalancing Report:
Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard >> Report >> Portfolio Rebalancing.

There was an error in the system while uploading HDFC Contract Note.

Onboarding from Mobile Web Page:
While Onboarding a client from the Mobile Web Page, when clicked on the WhatsApp Button to share the KYC Link, the system was not redirecting to the WhatsApp Page.
This issue has been fixed now.
Fund Selector:
When providing criteria to the system on the basis of Performance in Fund Selector, the minimum and maximum % range was showing huge figures as they were being fetched incorrectly.
This has been fixed now and the correct data range is available for selection.\

While downloading the SOA of PMS from the action button, the system was showing an error “Account No. is Invalid”.
This issue has been resolved now.

Validation for NRI Contact Number:
While creating the IIN / UCC for an NRI Client, the system had a validation of 10-digit mobile numbers.
This validation has now been removed for NRI clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
