Data Management Email Log: you can see a list of all the emails sent by the system in the last 15 days. These mails can be triggered from anywhere in the system and are all logged here.
You can see:
- Mail sent time
- the client to which it was sent
- the subject line
- the status of the mail, whether it has been processed successfully, failed, or is currently in queue to be sent, which is the case in case of bulk mailing
This can also be exported to Excel from the Excel icon on the top right corner of the screen.
If you send WhatsApp messages from the system then it's log will be availabe here too.
