SIP Mining 


In the Business Analytics Menu > SIP Mining screen, you can see the details of systematic plans (SIP, STP, SWP) of the investors. The source of this data is RTA SIP Master. You can view the data in the table onscreen or you can download the data in xls.


Report Configuration

In this section you can choose the filters or group bys to get the desired data.

Modes

There are modes in the report configuration screen which you have to choose to get the relevant data. Report configuration options change based on the mode selected.


Systematic Plans Status Modes

Below are modes and their purposes.

  • Currently Running : To check the currently running Systematic Plans

    • In this mode there is a toggle filter of (RTA Master / Historical Transaction). If Historical Transaction is chosen, we get the transaction data of last 4 months

  • Procured : To check the plans started or registered in the given time period

    • In this mode there is a toggle to choose Registered Date or Start Date and date range picker. Based on the option in the toggle the table shows Registered/Started plans in the selected date range

  • Forthcoming : To check the upcoming installments of the plans in the given time period

    • In this mode there is a date range picker. Based on the range selected, the table shows the plans where installments is scheduled in that date range

  • Prematurely Terminated : To check the ceased plans in the given time period.

    • In this mode there is a date range picker. Based on the range selected, the table shows the plans that were prematurely ceased in that date range

  • Due for Maturity : To check the plans about to expire in the given time period.

    • In this mode there is a date range picker. Based on the range selected, the table shows the plans that are about to expire in that date range

  • Expired : To check the plans that are expired in the given time period.

    • In this mode there is a date range picker. Based on the range selected, the table shows the plans that were expired in that date range

  • All : To check all the systematic plans

  • Archived : To check all the archived plans



Filters

Systematic Plan Type

You can choose the type of the systematic plan (SIP/STP/SWP) in all the modes. There is also an option to select all systematic plans.


Detail/Summary

There is a toggle (Detail/Summary) in these modes. 

  • In case of detail, you will get the detailed data of the systematic plans 

  • In case of summary, you will have to choose the group by option to get


ARN

You can choose the ARN for which you want to view the data



Potential Clients

These are the clients who don't have a currently running systematic plan. You can choose which systematic plan data you want to view.


Actionables

In SIP Mining screen below are the actions you can perform


Add Record

By clicking this CTA, you can add a systematic plan into the list by filling details like scheme, frequency, dates etc in the form opened. Based on the details submitted, it would be shown in that particular mode.


Lock

There is a checkbox named Lock. By ticking this, the data you filled will not get auto updated from the RTA SIP Master.

Edit Record

You can edit a record from the table by clicking on the icon in the Actions column and clicking on edit. A similar form as ‘Add Record’ would be opened where you can change the details.


Archive

You can archive a record by ticking the Archive Check Box. Once archived, the record would be transferred to Archived mode and would not be visible in any other mode in SIP Mining or in any other SIP Reports.

Bulk Update Cease Date

You can update cease dates of the plans in bulk by selecting the records > Choose Action > Update Cease Date. Once the cease date is entered and Apply CTA is clicked, cease date gets updated for the selected plans in bulk.




Missing SIP


In the Business Analytics Menu > Missing SIP screen, you can view currently running SIPs for which no transaction has been done. There is an option to choose the time period. For example you choose the time period as 2 months. The screen gives the SIPs for which there was no installment for the last 2 months. You can also download the data in an excel file.


Actionables

Bulk Update Cease Date

You can update cease dates of the SIPs in bulk by selecting the records > Choose Action > Update Cease Date. Once the cease date is entered and Apply CTA is clicked, cease date gets updated for the selected plans in bulk.




SIP Procurement Report


In the Business Analytics Menu > SIP Procurement Report screen, you can compare the SIP/STP amount received in two different time periods. You can use this to track increase in SIP amounts or to find missing SIPs. You can view the data on screen or download the excel.


In the screen there is an option to select 2 time periods. The SIP/STP data would be compared between these periods. 


For example a client has decreased SIP in the last month compared to the month before it. It means either the SIP stopped or is missed. 

In the same way you can track the increase of SIP amount to track the procurements in the new time period.


There is a user filter in report configuration where you can choose the user/client/Family head to view the associated SIP/STP data with that user.
