WhatsApp Campaigns

Overview

We’ve integrated AiSensy with Investwell Mint, enabling you to create and broadcast WhatsApp campaigns directly through the WhatsApp Campaigns module. To get started, create templates and API campaigns in AiSensy, then map the same API campaign names to Mint’s WhatsApp templates for successful broadcasting (or vice versa). 


This article will guide you through the steps to set up your API key, create templates, build campaigns, and broadcast them to your clients.


Note: To use this module, you must have a WhatsApp Business account on AiSensy.


Steps to follow

Step 1: Set up the API Key in Investwell Mint

Copy the API key from AiSensy by navigating to Manage → API Key → Click to copy, and paste it into Investwell Mint → Settings → Email and WhatsApp Configuration.

Step 2: Template Creation on AiSensy


Go to AiSensy → Manage → Template Message → + New to create a template. Users are advised to use the same template configuration and content as shown in the Investwell Mint → WhatsApp Campaigns → Template → Edit Template to avoid any template rejection from Meta.

For better delivery rates, it is recommended to use the Utility category while creating templates, as these typically have higher delivery success compared to Marketing templates.

Please ensure that the templates are approved by Meta. Usually, a template is approved or rejected within a few seconds of creation

API Campaign creation and its mapping

Navigate to AiSensy → Campaigns → + Launch → API Campaign and create API campaigns using the relevant AiSensy templates. Ensure the campaigns are set to live using Set Live button to make them eligible for broadcasting through Investwell Mint.

You need to create a template and an API campaign in AiSensy for each purpose listed under Investwell Mint → WhatsApp Campaigns → Templates. Then, map the API campaign to the corresponding template by going to Investwell Mint → WhatsApp Campaigns → Templates → Edit/Click.

Create and broadcast Campaigns

You can create and broadcast WhatsApp campaigns to your investors through Investwell Mint → WhatsApp Campaigns under the Campaigns tab.


Step 1: Click on Create Campaign at the top right corner and enter a name for your campaign.

Step 2: Select the investors for your campaign. Use the toggle and checkboxes above the table to apply filters and refine your selection.

Step 3: Select a Mint template with the appropriate configuration for your campaign.

Step 4: Click Proceed to broadcast your campaign.
