The report is used to see your brokerage income across a lot of parameters. Here you can see a detailed transaction-wise brokerage for a particular month: how much brokerage you have been paid for each transaction that you have done. That is part of your AUM.
By default, you can view it fund-wise for a month. You can change this to Scheme wise, Transaction wise, Client wise or any other organizational hierarchy wise.
You can also take it across months in a particular financial year in Excel format. Across financial year report cannot be generated.
In case you payout sub-brokers, you can see the income that you have earned, the payout you have done for each sub-broker, and the net earnings you have kept after the payout in one single report. This can be seen once you click on Include Payout columns
Brokerage income for all clients is available from the Brokerage Income Detail Report. Choose Group by Client. Here only the income part is available. Average AUM is not available client wise.
The average AUM, which is received in the brokerage file, is available in the Income Detailed Report, Group by Transaction. You can take an Excel export of the Group by Transaction and then in Excel you can group the same by client to get the client-wise average AUM.
