Feature Updates


  1. Introducing SSO Integration With ODIN Platform:-

  • We’ve added Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with ODIN, enabling share brokers to access their Investwell portal without entering separate credentials.

  • This new update ensures faster and secure login experience.

  • Where to Find:

    • Kindly contact us at sales@investwellonline.com to get this enabled.

  1. Update in Tax Package for Email Scheduler:- 

  • We’ve made an enhancement to the Tax Package feature within the Email Scheduler. 

  • From now on, when you use the "Save Setting" option to save the filters selected for generating the Capital Gain Realized PDF report, the same filtered reports will also be shared via the Tax Package available in the Email Scheduler.

  • The Asset class, CAS Data and Portfolio valuation filter will be saved in the settings.

  • This update ensures consistency between the reports generated manually and those sent through the scheduler, saving time and preventing mismatches.


  • Save the Filters Using the Save Setting Feature:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Capital Gain Realized > PDF


   

 

  • Email TAX Package Report:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Broker Dashboard > Email Scheduler > Create Campaign


   



  1. Improvements in the Change of Broker Report:-

  • We've introduced a few key changes to improve the usability and clarity of the Change of Broker Report:

    • This report has been modified to show data folio wise instead of transaction wise. It will give Market value of folio at the time of AUM Transfer instead of the original amount of transaction which it showed earlier.

    • The toggle button has been replaced with a mode selector to switch between "Change of Broker In" and "Change of Broker Out".

    • A new User Type dropdown has been added for better filtering.

  • These changes make the report more intuitive, provide better filtering options, and offer a clearer view of broker changes at the folio level.

  1. Introducing Bulk Upload of Price History in User Defined Securities:-   

  • Users can now bulk upload price history for User Defined Securities.

  • To do this, simply download the sample file, which contains all the user-created securities. After making the necessary updates to the price history in the file, upload it back into the system.

  • This update saves time by updating multiple records at once, reducing manual effort and minimising chances of error from individual entries.

    • Broker Dashboard > Data Management > User Defined Securities

  1. Improvements in Bulk Enable/Disable Communication via Upload:-

  • Improvements Made:

    • We have renamed the relevant column to "Disable Email" in the Excel file downloaded.

    • Advisors can now easily enable or disable the communication in bulk by entering Y/N in the column.

  • How to Perform:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Broker Dashboard > Clients > Download XLS File > 




  • Upload the file


  




  1. Redemption Order Placement Error via MFU Cart:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • An issue was encountered where redemption orders placed through the MFU cart were failing and showing an error.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The error causing the failure in order placement has been identified and fixed. Redemption transactions via MFU cart are now being processed without interruptions.

  • To View/Place Redemption Orders:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard  > Invest Online MFU > Additional Transactions/Cart



 

  1. Bug Fix: Create User Aggregator API:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • Previously, when the Create User Aggregator API was called with an address field exceeding 100 characters, the user was created but the reporting hierarchy was not assigned.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • If the address provided in the API request is longer than 100 characters, the user creation request will be denied with a clear validation error.

  • Create a New User:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard  > Setting > User Setting > Create User




  1. Latest Financial Year Not Visible in Brokerage Analysis:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Brokerage Analysis report, the financial year dropdown did not display the option for 2025–2026, preventing users from selecting the current financial year.

  • Issue Resolved

    • This issue has been fixed. The financial year 2025–2026 is now available in the dropdown filter.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Brokerage > Analysis




  1. Updates in Goal Status – On-Screen View and PDF Report:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • Previously, the Years Left column would display only the whole number of years. For example, a value like 1 year and 6 months was shown as 1.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • With this update, we’ve introduced rounding to show more accurate values such as 1.5 instead of 1, offering better clarity on time left to achieve the goal.

  1. Unable to Download Transaction Statement in Excel Format:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported that when selecting the date range from since inception for downloading the Transaction Statement in Excel format, the file was not downloading and no error message was displayed.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been resolved. Users can now successfully download the transaction statement in Excel format.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Transactions Entry




  1. STP Frequency Not Showing for a Scheme:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported that while placing an STP (Systematic Transfer Plan) order for a specific scheme, the STP frequency options were not appearing in the dropdown menu.

  • Issue  Resolved:

    • The issue has been fixed. The applicable STP frequency options are now correctly displayed while placing the STP order.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard  > Invest Online BSE > Additional Transaction
