Feature Updates
BSE 2.0 Integration is Live:
BSE 2.0 is now live in Investwell Mint, bringing a more seamless way to manage BSE transactions directly from the portal.
With the new integration, MFDs can:
Create Individual, Minor, NRI and HUF UCCs, including support for Demat UCC creation.
Set up and manage eNACH and Physical mandates, and add bank accounts to existing UCCs.
Place Purchase, SIP, STP, SWP, Switch, and Redemption orders in both Physical and Demat modes.
View updated order statuses every hour and track orders updated through RTA mailback feeds.
Get automatic overnight UCC and mandate updates, along with the option to sync a specific UCC on demand.
Check the UCC status in real time for quicker troubleshooting.

NSE Invest – “Portfolio Updated” Order Status Added:
A new “Portfolio Updated” status has been added to the My Orders menu in NSE Invest.
This status indicates that the units have been allotted for the respective NSE order and the transaction has been updated in the portfolio.

CRM Meetings - PDF Download & Email Sharing of Notes:
In Mint CRM Meetings, MFDs can now download the meeting notes as a PDF and share the same notes directly with the client on their registered email ID.
This makes it easier to maintain and share a record of important client discussions.

External Asset Manager Filter Added Across Business Reports:
The External Asset Manager filter has been added to multiple reports available under Business Analytics, including the Cash Flow Report and AUM Reports.
This allows MFDs to easily filter and analyse data related to assets managed by external asset managers across the relevant reports.
Additionally, the Cash Flow Report now supports three more asset classes: Fixed Income, Other Assets, and Foreign Assets, along with the existing Mutual Funds and Share & Bond options.

User Defined Securities - Domestic Securities Creation Bulk upload:
You can now create and upload User Defined Securities for Domestic Securities in Investwell Mint.

Foreign Assets Added to AUM and Portfolio Valuation Reports:
A new asset type “Foreign Assets” has been added to the reporting options.
MFDs can now view Foreign Assets separately in the AUM Reports available on the Broker portal and in the Portfolio Valuation Report on the Investor portal.
This makes it easier to identify and analyse foreign investments separately from other asset classes.

Two useful enhancements have been added to the Investor Dashboard:
The Asset Allocation pie chart now shows the source of the assets as Managed or External, providing better visibility into how the portfolio is managed.
Foreign Assets are now displayed as a separate asset category under My Assets, making it easier for investors to view their foreign investments.

Updates in Income Details – Brokerage Menu:
The Income Details section in the Brokerage menu has been updated for a simpler and more streamlined experience.
A single month selector is now available on screen. For Excel downloads, From and To month selectors are provided. To download data for a single month, select the same month in both fields.
The Include Payout Columns option has been removed. All payout columns will now be visible on screen by default.
Trail, Upfront, Incentive, and Transaction Charges columns have been removed from the on-screen view.
The Transaction Report in the Investor Portal has been enhanced with two new filters:
Foreign Assets
Source
These filters make it easier for investors to identify and review transactions based on asset type and source.

Enhancement in Top Schemes:
The My Business Schemes section under Top Schemes has been updated to show only active schemes with active folios.
If a scheme has only inactive folios, it will no longer appear in the list, ensuring the displayed schemes are relevant to the current portfolio.

Backdated AUM Report - Incorrect Date in Excel:
Issue Reported:
While downloading a Backdated AUM Report for a selected date, the AUM data was calculated correctly, but the date shown in the downloaded Excel file was incorrect.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The downloaded Excel report now displays the correct date along with the corresponding AUM data.

Sub Broker Details Being Sent Incorrectly:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed where Sub Broker ARN and code were being sent along with transactions even when the selected EUIN was not associated with a Sub Broker. This could result in incorrect information being shared with the exchange.
Issue Resolved:
The logic has been corrected. Sub Broker details will now be sent only when the selected EUIN is actually associated with a Sub Broker, ensuring the correct information is passed for each transaction.
Transaction Report – Numbers Formatted as Text in Excel:
Issue Reported:
In the Transaction Report, for the Checklist mode, all numbers in the downloaded Excel file were being exported as text instead of numerical values.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. Numbers in the downloaded Excel report are now correctly formatted as numerical values, eliminating the need for manual reformatting.
The minimum STP installment amount for a scheme is ₹500 as per NSE. However, the portal was showing the minimum amount as ₹5,000, which prevented users from placing STP orders for the correct minimum amount.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The portal now shows the correct minimum STP instalment amount of ₹500 for the scheme.

AUM Reports: Individual Composition Columns Added for Other Assets:
When Other Assets is selected as the Asset Class in AUM Reports, the composition details are now shown in separate columns.
Individual columns have been added for Debt, Equity, Global Equity, Gold, and Real Estate.
This is available in both the On Screen view and the downloaded Excel file, making it easier to view and analyse the composition of Other Assets.

2FA Enhancement for Admin Users:
For Admin users with 2FA enabled, the OTP will now be sent to both the registered mobile number and email ID.
Earlier, the OTP was sent only to the mobile number. This update provides an additional layer of security during login.

Investor Dashboard - Asset Allocation & Foreign Assets Enhancements:
Two useful enhancements have been added to the Investor Dashboard:

STP - Incorrect Minimum Shown for a Scheme:
Issue Reported:
The minimum STP installment amount for a scheme is ₹500 as per NSE. However, the portal was showing the minimum amount as ₹5,000, which prevented users from placing STP orders for the correct minimum amount.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The portal now shows the correct minimum STP instalment amount of ₹500 for the scheme.

Sync Issue with Some PMS:
Issue Reported:
There were issues with the update of UNIFI, INVESCO, ABAKKUS and Right Horizon PMS.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed.
