Below Features were released during the week:
Sync button for BSE:
We have added a Sync button in the BSE section for Admin login users so that they can sync the BSE data as and when required.
The sync button is available separately in the Profile list, Mandate list, and Cease SIP menu. When a Sync request is given from here the system will update the respective ARNs data after sometime.
Sync request has to be given separately for each of the 3 screens mentioned above. A request to sync can be given only once a day.
Below are the steps to be taken to sync BSE data on investwell:
Login to investwell >> invest online BSE >> Profile list >> Sync.
CAS Import - TDS:
We have started to update the TDS Amount from the CAS file now for Dividend and Redemption transactions
TDS imported from the CAS file will be displayed in the Transaction statement, Capital Gain report, and Dividend report as well.
Below are the steps to be followed in-order to update the CAS file:
Login to investwell >> data management >> CAS import >> select client and enter password >> click on upload and select the CAS file
Below are the steps to view the report:
Login to investwell >> go to client dashboard >> transaction (TDS column is available here)
Portfolio Valuation Report - Excel Unformatted:
We have updated our Portfolio Valuation Excel Unformatted report to include the client name in the other asset section.
This was earlier not available in the report.
Below are the steps to be taken in order to generate the report:
Login to investwell >> go to client dashboard >> reports >> Portfolio valuation >> Excel unformatted
Joint Holder Name:
While creating IIN/UCC/CAN, incase of joint mode of holding system will auto-pick up the joint holder’s name from KRA once the user inputs the PAN number wherein the KYC is verified.
Below are the steps to create IIN/UCC/CAN:
Login to investwell >> Invest online NSE/BSE/MFU >> Profile list >> Create IIN/UCC/CAN.
Asset Allocation Report - Mobile View:
The formatting of the asset allocation report for mobile browsers has been updated to make it user-friendly for our broker.
With this, they will be able to navigate and understand the details in the report easily.
Below are the steps to be taken to generate the asset allocation report.
Login to investwell >> go to client dashboard >> reports >> asset allocation.
Bugs were resolved during the week:
BSE MFI credentials:
The system was not allowed users to enter only MFI credentials. MFD Credentials have now been made not mandatory in our BSE Credentials section.
Below are the steps to be followed to update the BSE credentials:
Login to investwell >> settings >> BSE credentials.
Portfolio Valuation PDF - Mobile Application:
While downloading the Portfolio Valuation Report in PDF from the mobile application, the Purchase value column was missing.
This has now been fixed and correct reports are getting downloaded from applications.
Model Portfolio PDF:
When the Model Portfolio is downloaded in PDF, earlier we used to round off the ratios in the report.
This has been fixed to show the ratios upto 2 decimals.
Below are the steps to be used to generate the model portfolios
Login to investwell >> Utilities >> Model Portfolio >> select Model >> Portfolio Analysis.
Alert Report - Upcoming Birthdays:
While downloading the Alert Report for Upcoming Birthdays in Excel, the date of birth column was blank.
This issue has now been fixed
Below are the steps to view the Alert Reports:
Login to investwell >> Business Analytics >> Alert Reports >> Upcoming Birthdays >> Select date range.
BSE Cease Option:
While initiating the cease transaction of SIP from BSE, the investwell system used to get auto-logged off.
This issue has been now resolved.
Below are the steps to be taken in order to cease a SIP:
Login to investwell >> invest online BSE >> cease SIP >> search client and click on apply >> click on the cease button on the extreme right of the SIP you want to cease.
Send of WhatsApp Option:
The send on WhatsApp option available in the reports section was earlier triggering bank reports.
This issue has been fixed and proper reports are getting triggered now to the clients.
Below are the steps to be taken to send reports on WhatsApp:
Login to investwell >> go to client dashboard >> reports >> select your report >> select view type as PDF >> send on WhatsApp.
Note: WhatsApp web has been linked to your Chrome before using this option.
Sign-in WIth Google:
There was an issue while login into the investwell application while using sign-in with the Google option.
This issue has now been resolved.
IIN / UCC not available Section:
When you go to the Profile list of NSE / BSE there is a toggle IIN / UCC not available.
This option gives a list of those client profiles wherein UCC / IIN is not created.
When you click on complete IIN / UCC here, the details are auto-filled based on the folio details of the client.
This option was earlier taking a lot of time and the details to be auto-filled were also not available sometime.
This has been fixed now and the process is running quickly with correct details.
Below are the steps to be taken for the same:
Login to investwell >> Invest online NSE / BSE >> Profile list >> IIN / UCC not available >> Action >> Complete IIN / UCC.
Portfolio Rebalancing Report:
While generating the Portfolio Rebalancing Report, there was a “client not authenticated” error.
This issue has now been resolved.
Below are the steps to generate a Portfolio Rebalancing report.
Login to investwell >> go to client dashboard >> reports >> portfolio rebalancing.
