AUM is your Assets Under Management in different products like Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Equity shares and Other assets etc.

Find the AUM Reports under the MIS menu.

After you have updated the NAV you can hit the Calculate button on the AUM Reports screen. By default AUM is calculated as on Today's Date.

You can choose the Last Process date for any past date as well. Change the date from the "Calculate AUM As On" option and click Calculate.

You can use the Filters to narrow down your transactions view. Select desired filter and hit Show button

  • ARN no. - Shows you entries under that ARN only

  • Fund - Check the Fill box then select any fund
  • Category
  • Scheme
  • Relationship manager
  • Sub broker
  • Tag - that you have specified before

You may Group these on Applicants. Similarly you can filter clients if their AUM is between two given amounts.

You can also view Clients based on how long they have been associated with you using the "Include clients older than" option on the right. You can use this to see the AUM of your older clients v/s that of your newer clients.

You can use the Group On option to change the way you view the transactions. You can Group the transactions based on -

  • Fund
  • Scheme
  • Objective / Category - Equity, Debt etc
  • Relationship manager
  • Sub Broker
  • Family leader
  • Individual Applicant
  • Folio
  • Scheme Group

Example - If you Group On Fund you will be able to see fund wise AUM below.

The Unit Balances are shown along with the amount in Debt, Equity, Liquid, Gold, Arbitrage and then the Total.

The last column shows the % allocation of your total AUM

Note - You can export all these reports in Excel if you wish.

You can chose to Sub Group your results for example if you Group on Fund and Sub Group on Scheme.

Now, you can add an activity to the curated list of clients by creating a task.

  • Check mark the relevant clients
  • Write a task in the text field given at the bottom
  • Hit Create Task button

Some Advisors have to fill due diligence forms with SEBI. If you need to do this as well you can use the Statistics button.

This show you your AUM data and Active Folio data in the format required by SEBI.
