Welcome to Investwell Release Notes. We are pleased to inform you about the updates being made to our software over the last few weeks.

Read through to discover the exciting changes we’ve made just for you.

1. Risk Profile Submission Made Mandatory:

• As per the latest SEBI guidelines, submission of the Risk Profile is now mandatory for all investors.

• To support this, a new preference option has been provided for brokers to enable this setting. Once enabled, if a client has not submitted their Risk Profile, they will see a pop-up prompt on every login until the Risk Profile is completed.

• This will be visible in the mobile app login of investors as well after the latest app update.

• This ensures better compliance and helps maintain proper suitability records for all investors.

  • Dashboard > Settings > Portal Settings > IFA Preference

2. Improvements in SIP Step-Up and Delay Calculators:

• Significant design improvements have been made to the SIP Step-Up and SIP Delay calculators for a better user experience. 

• PDF Export option has also been added in which Scheme recommendations can be added. This can be used to give proposal reports to clients.

3. Portfolio Valuation Report: Folio Details Option Added:

• An option has been added to include the Folio Details section in the Portfolio Valuation Report (PDF) when Group By Option 7 (Investor, Transaction) is selected.

4. New PMS Integrations Added: 

• The following PMS providers have now been integrated and are available on the platform:
  

  • Enam

  • Karma

  • Equirus

  • Piper

• Add New PMS:

  • Dashboard > Setting > PMS Credentials > Add Credentials

5. NSE Invest – Cart Payment Mode Selection:

• A new payment selection step has been added in the Cart for all purchase orders.

• Users can now choose their preferred payment mode, such as Net Banking, UPI, RTGS/NEFT, Mandate, or Cheque, before placing the order.

• This allows users to set payment preferences in advance while placing multiple purchase orders from the cart, making the order flow more organised and convenient.

6. On-Demand - Captcha Verified PMS Sync Available:

• You can now sync PMS data on-demand in Investwell Mint to fetch the latest current values.

• This feature is now also available for the following PMS providers:

  • Abakkus

  • Ace Lansdowne

  • Ambit

• This allows advisors to update PMS valuations instantly whenever required, ensuring portfolio reports reflect the most recent data.

Bugs Resolved

1. Portfolio Valuation Unformatted Excel – Source Filter Not Applied Correctly:

• Issue Reported:

  • In the Portfolio Valuation Unformatted Excel, when the Source filter was set to Managed, the generated file was still showing both Managed and Outside data instead of only the selected source.

• Issue Resolved:

  • The filtering logic has been corrected. The Source filter now works properly, and the downloaded Unformatted Excel will display data only for the selected source.

  • Investor Dashboard > Report > Portfolio Valuation (Excel Unformatted)

2. Portfolio Valuation – Difference in Values Between Broker and Investor Login:

• Issue Reported:

  • For the same investor, Portfolio Valuation values such as Holding Days and CAGR were showing a difference between the Investor login (Hopped from Broker Login) and the Direct Investor login. The difference observed in CAGR and Holding Days was of 1 day.

• Issue Resolved:

  • The calculation logic has been aligned across both logins.

  • Investor Dashboard > Report > Portfolio Valuation

3. STP Dates Mismatch Between NSE Portal and Mint Portal:

• Issue Reported:

  • For some schemes, the STP dates shown in the NSE portal were different from the dates displayed in the Mint portal.

• Issue Resolved:

  • This issue has been resolved, showing you the correct and same dates on both portals.

• Where to Find:

  • Investor Dashboard > NSE Invest > Additional Transaction > 

4. Risk Profile – Declaration Update Error:

• Issue Reported:

  • While updating the Declaration in the Risk Profile, the system was showing the error “Invalid Character Found”, preventing users from saving the declaration.

• Issue Resolved:

  • The validation logic has been corrected. Users can now enter and update the declaration in the Risk Profile without encountering the invalid character error.

  • Dashboard > Risk Profiling  > Setup Risk Profile(Scroll to Bottom)

5. NSE Invest Cart – Place Order Button Not Working in Investor Login:

• Issue Reported:

  • In the NSE Invest Cart, the Place Order button was not functioning when accessed from the Investor login, preventing investors from placing orders.

• Issue Resolved:

  • The issue has been fixed. The Place Order button now works correctly in the Investor login, allowing orders to be placed successfully.

6. BSE – Daily SIP Order Failure:

• Issue Reported:

  • In BSE Invest, when placing a Daily SIP order either through the Cart or via a single order, the order was failing during placement.

• Issue Resolved

  • The issue has been fixed. Daily SIP orders can now be placed successfully through both Cart and Single Order flows.
