Enablement of removing/renaming role labels in escalation matrix
e.g.
RM First_name Last_name
^
Sub broker First_name Last_name
^
Service RM First_name Last_name
We don't want to see these labels such RM, Sub broker, Service RM there and want to show names only
Can you pls add this as a requirement with product team to hide labels (similar to what you've in hiding that role+name completely on IA settings page or renaming those labels with suitable name) ?

You can configure the escalation matrix from Settings >> Portal Settings >> IFA preferences page.
Hiding the level names is not possible. If you want to rename certain levels please raise a support ticket with the required nomenclature to be followed and we can make the edits from backend for you.
