Feature Updates
Transmission of Partial Units for Gifting:
A new option has been added to the Transmission Process that allows partial balance transfers.
With this enhancement, users can enter a specific number of units, up to four decimal places, instead of transferring the holdings in percentages.
This feature is especially useful for gifting mutual fund units, as it allows precise transfer of units.

Added “Active Assets Only” Option in Comprehensive Report:
A new filter option, Active Assets Only, has been added to the Comprehensive Report.
This option allows you to generate reports that include only currently active assets, excluding closed or inactive holdings. It helps keep the report focused, improves readability, and makes analysis quicker and more relevant, especially when reviewing ongoing investments.
Advisors can now add notes while placing MFU orders, including Purchase, SIP, Switch, and Redemption transactions.
Once an order is submitted, the same notes are available for reference in the My Orders menu.
This feature helps capture important context or instructions against each order, making tracking and follow-ups simpler.

Tax Status Now Visible in SOA:
The Statement of Account will now display the Tax Status, making it easier to review and understand it at a glance.
This update applies across all ways of viewing or opening the SOA.

Enhancement in NSE Invest – My Orders Screen:
A new In Progress box has been added to the My Orders screen.
This allows you to view the number of “In Progress” orders at a glance, and filter and view orders that are currently in the In Progress stage, making it easier to track ongoing transactions. These are the orders for which payment has been done but units have not yet been allocated.
Where to Find:
Dashboard > NSE Invest > My Orders
Shared Cart Visibility for Family Heads:
Items added in the cart by the Family Head for any family member are now visible when a family member logs in, and cart items added by a family member are also visible in the Family Head’s login.
This shared view ensures better coordination within the family, avoids duplicate order entries, and makes it easier to review and complete investments together.
This update is applicable across all three exchanges.

Bugs Resolved
SWP Planner Showing Duplicate Rows for a Month:
Issue Reported:
In the SWP Planner, an extra row appeared for a month when the evaluation date was set after the SWP date within the same month.
For example, if the SWP was scheduled on the 1st of every month and the evaluation date was 15-08-2025, two rows for August were being generated, which caused confusion in the output.
Issue Resolved:
This behavior has been corrected. The SWP Planner now generates a single, accurate entry per month, even when the evaluation date falls after the SWP date, ensuring clearer and more reliable planning results.

Prudent File Scheme Mapping Issue:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed while importing the Prudent transaction file, where some transactions were getting mapped to the wrong schemes, leading to incorrect portfolio data.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has now been fixed. Transactions imported through the Prudent file are correctly mapped to their respective schemes, ensuring accurate reporting and portfolio views.

Physical Mandate Forms Getting Converted to TIFF Format:
Issue Reported:
An issue was reported where physical mandate forms uploaded through the MINT Upload Mandate section were getting converted into TIFF format on the NSE side.
Due to this format change, the mandates were not moving forward for bank processing, forcing brokers to re-upload the mandate forms directly on the NSE portal.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has now been resolved. Physical mandate forms uploaded via MINT will no longer be converted into an unsupported format, allowing mandates to flow smoothly to the bank through NSE without requiring any additional re-upload.
We have updated the system to align with the latest FATCA changes introduced by BSE, effective 17th December, 2025.
These updates ensure continued regulatory compliance and a smooth transaction experience going forward.
UCC Authentication Email Link Missing:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed where the UCC authentication email was received, but the authentication link was missing, preventing users from completing the verification process.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has now been fixed, and the authentication email correctly includes the required link, allowing users to complete UCC authentication smoothly without any interruption.

Dashboard > NSE Invest > Profile List > Create UCC
Editable Fields Issue for Digilocker-Fetched Data:
Issue Reported:
It was observed that fields fetched using Digilocker data were editable, allowing users to modify values that are supposed to be system-fetched and locked.
Issue Resolved:
This has now been corrected. All fields fetched from Digilocker are non-editable, ensuring data integrity and compliance with the intended flow.
Portfolio Rebalancing Excel Report Not Downloading for RM Users:
Issue Reported:
RM users were unable to generate the Portfolio Rebalancing Report in Excel format. The download did not proceed as expected when accessed from the RM login.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. RM users can now successfully generate and download the Portfolio Rebalancing Report in Excel.
HDFC Securities Contract Note – “Data Not Found” Error:
Issue Reported:
An issue was reported where uploading the HDFC Securities contract note failed with a “Data not found” error, preventing the contract note from being processed.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been resolved, and HDFC Securities contract notes can now be uploaded and processed successfully without errors.

BSE New FATCA Updates (Effective 17th Dec, 2025):
We have updated the system to align with the latest FATCA changes introduced by BSE, effective 17th December, 2025.
These updates ensure continued regulatory compliance and a smooth transaction experience going forward.
