Welcome to Investwell Release Notes. We are pleased to inform you about the updates being made to our software this week.
Read through to discover the exciting changes we’ve made just for you.
Feature Updates
Introducing Scheme Investment Baskets in MFU:
We have upgraded the investing experience for your investors by adding a new feature called Baskets. This feature allows brokers to create curated sets of schemes and guide investors toward more personalised investment choices.
In this basket, you can add multiple schemes and assign a percentage to each one.
When the investor selects the basket and enters an investment amount, the system will distribute the amount automatically based on the percentages assigned.
This basket is designed to give even more tailored recommendations.
It works on three inputs: Risk, Time Horizon and Amount Range. During the investment process, the investor answers a few questions based on these factors, and Mint recommends the most suitable basket.
Investor View of Baskets:
Investor Dashboard > Invest Online MFU > New Investment
Enhancements in Meeting Notes:
We’ve made a few useful updates to the Meeting Notes section.
In the main Meeting Notes list, three new columns have been added: RM, Sub Broker, and Service RM. This gives you better visibility into who created each note or who is responsible for it.
We’ve added a Meeting Notes tab to the Client Profile page. When a broker opens a client’s profile and clicks the Meeting Notes tab, they are redirected to the Meeting Notes menu with a filtered list showing all notes created for that specific client.
A simple but important improvement in Scheme Compare. The maximum number of schemes that you can compare in Portfolio Overlap has been increased from 10 to 20.
A new Report has been added to the Compliance Reports menu. You can now select Mobile Number Missing from the dropdown. The generated report will list all clients whose mobile numbers are not available.
Where to Find:
Dashboard > Data Management > Compliance Report
Excel Export in Profile List – Invest Online NSE Invest:
You can now export the data shown under the Active and Inactive UCC tabs in the Profile List menu. This makes it easier to download and work with your client records outside the platform.
Where to Find:
Dashboard > Invest Online NSE Invest > Profile List
Update for Composite GST Users:
The Composite GST tax invoice PDF generated in Mint is now fully aligned with the latest AMC requirements. All necessary updates have been incorporated to ensure complete compliance.
When multiple clients were created, and each had their own meeting notes, merging these clients into a single profile did not merge their meeting notes.
Issue Resolved:
This scenario has now been fully addressed. When clients are merged, all meeting notes are also merged into the final client profile, ensuring nothing is lost.
Where to Find:
Dashboard > Utility > Meeting Notes
NSE Invest – Incorrect Folio Number in Redemption Orders:
Issue Reported:
A client attempted to place a redemption order through the Additional Transaction menu. After adding 12 folios to the cart and placing the order, all the orders were submitted with the same folio number instead of their respective folios.
Issue Resolved:
This has been fixed. Each redemption order now correctly carries the folio number selected for that specific scheme.
Where to Find:
Investor Dashboard > Invest Online NSE Invest > My Orders
Difference in XIRR Between Portfolio Summary and Portfolio Snapshot:
Issue Reported:
A client noticed that the XIRR shown in the Portfolio Summary did not match the XIRR shown in the Portfolio Snapshot Report for the same period and for the same asset types, like Mutual Funds and Shares, and Bonds.
Issue Resolved:
This has been corrected. Both reports now calculate and display XIRR using the same logic, so the values match as expected.
To align with NSE regulatory compliance, we have updated the character limit for entering nominee addresses. The address field will now allow up to 40 characters.
In the KYC Status Report menu, when a KYC application was rejected, the rejection reason did not appear in the report. Users were unable to view why the KYC failed.
Issue Resolved:
The problem has been fixed. The rejection reason now displays correctly for all rejected KYC applications.
