Feature Updates

  1. UI Improvements in Folio Details:

    • In the Nominee Details section, you will now see additional information. Earlier, only the nominee's name, relation and share were shown. Now their mobile number, email ID and address will also be visible.

    • Investor details and bank details are now displayed in two separate sections placed side by side. This layout makes the information clearer and easier to follow.

  • Where to Find:

    • Broker Dashboard > Folio Lookup > Click on Folio

    • Broker Dashboard > Data management > Compliance Report > Folio click

    • Client Portal > My Folios > Click on Folio

  1. Enhancement in the Portfolio Valuation Menu:

  • The common filter selections will now stay intact when you switch between different view types.

  • For example, if you apply filters in the Onscreen view and then move to PDF or Excel, the common filter values will remain applied.

  • Portfolio Valuation Report:

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Valuation

  1. Systematic Order Menu Now Live in Invest Online NSE Invest:

  1. NSE Invest: My Order Menu Enhancements:

  • We’ve enhanced the My Order menu to give brokers a quicker summary view of their transaction count.

  1. Profile Creation Improvements in Invest Online BSE/ NSE Invest:

  • A couple of useful updates have been added to the profile creation flow.

    • If any two holders share the same mobile number or email and their relation is marked as Self, the system will now show an error and highlight the fields that need correction.

  • Create Profile:

    • Investor Dashboard > Invest Online BSE/NSE Invest > Profile List

  1. New Sub Broker Column Added in Alert Report:

  • A new column named Sub Broker has been added to the Alert Report. This helps you quickly identify which alerts are linked to which Sub Broker for easier tracking and review.

  • Where to Find:

    • Broker Dashboard > Business Analytics > Alert Reports

Bugs Resolved

  1. Save Setting Not Working in Portfolio Valuation Report:

  • Issue Reported:

    • The Save Settings option in the Portfolio Valuation Report was not working. Users were unable to save their preferred filters and view options.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been fixed. The Save Settings feature now works properly and stores the selected filters and preferences for future use.

  • Where to Find:

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Valuation

  1. Android App Crash When Opening Investor Profile:

  • Issue Reported:

    • The Android app was crashing when an investor opened the Profile section. This happened when the Escalation Matrix (Service RM and Sub-broker details) had no data to display.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The crash has been fixed. If the Escalation Matrix (Service RM and Sub-broker details) is not available, the section will simply remain blank without causing the app to close.

  • Where to Find:

    • Dashboard > Menu > Click on Profile Picture

  1. Rolling Return Calculator Showing Zero Values for Some Schemes:

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Rolling Return Calculator, when more than 20 schemes were added, the calculated rolling returns for some schemes were showing as zero.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been fixed. All schemes added to the calculator now show accurate rolling return values.

  • Where to Find:

    • Dashboard > Utilities > Scheme Compare > Rolling Return

  1. Nominee Details Missing in Folio Details Screen:

  • Issue Reported:

    • For some clients, the nominee details did not appear in the folio details screen, even though the information existed in the system.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This has been corrected. The folio details screen now displays the nominee information consistently for all eligible clients.

  • Where to Find:

    • Broker Dashboard > Folio Lookup > Click on Folio

    • Broker Dashboard > Data management > Compliance Report > Click on Folio

    • Client Portal > My Folios > Click on Folio

  1. FD Opening Balance Mismatch in Portfolio Reports:

  • Issue Reported:

    • The FD opening balance shown in the Portfolio Snapshot on the investor side did not match the FD opening balance displayed in the Comprehensive Portfolio report in the broker portal. Both sections were showing different values.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This inconsistency has been fixed. The FD opening balance now appears correctly and stays consistent across both the investor view and the broker portal.

  • Comprehensive Portfolio:

    • Broker Dashboard > Portfolio Management > Comprehensive Portfolio

  • Portfolio Snapshot:

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Snapshot

  1. Folio Transmission Not Working Correctly for Switch-Out and Switch-In Cases:

  • Issue Reported:

    • When live units from multiple source folios were transmitted into a single target folio, the system was treating the movement as a new purchase. It picked up the target date NAV, which resulted in incorrect cost and valuation. This was wrong because the action was a transmission, not a switch or a fresh investment.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have updated the entire transmission logic so that the system now treats the movement as an actual unit transmission, preserving the original cost and NAV. The units now flow into the target folio exactly as they were in the source folios, giving accurate reporting, valuation and capital gain outcomes.

  • Transmission Process:

    • Data Management > Transmission Process
