Feature Updates


  1. Introducing “Marketing Resources” in Investwell Mint:

  • Investwell Mint has introduced a powerful new feature — Marketing Resources, by integrating with Finpedia.

  • This feature enables MFDs and brokers to easily share white-labeled content such as videos, infographics, and more, all with their own logo, fully compliant, and schedulable on Email and WhatsApp.

  • Where to Find:

  1. Edit UCC in NSE Invest:

  • We’ve added a new option that lets you edit UCC details directly in NSE Invest.

  • This makes it simple to correct or update client information without the need to create a new UCC, saving time and reducing errors.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE Invest > Profile List > Edit Profile 

       

         



  1. Addition of "Virtual Account Number" Column in NSE Invest:

  • We have added a new column named Virtual Account Number in both the Active and Inactive tabs of NSE Invest.


            Note: The Virtual Account Number is a unique identifier mapped to each investor’s bank account, making payment reconciliation seamless and error-free.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE Invest > Profile List > Active/Inactive


       

 


  1. NSE Invest: Credential Status Now Visible on Dashboard:

  • The Credential Status for NSE Invest is now displayed directly on the dashboard, just like it is for other exchanges.

  • This helps you quickly verify whether the credential status related to your ARNs is correct and functional by showing “OK” or flagging if there are any issues.

  1. Update in SIP Logic for First Payment Date Cases:

  • We have updated the SIP logic to handle cases where the first payment date is today and the SIP start date is set to begin from the next month.

  • Example: If the first instalment is paid today and the calculated next date falls in the same month, the system will automatically push it one month ahead. This ensures the calculation in SIP mining is accurate and the SIP reminder is sent correctly.

  • Previously, the next date was being taken directly from the date of the first instalment (today), which caused misalignment in schedules.



  1. BSE: Nominee Details Check Before Order Placement:

  • We have introduced a new validation step in the BSE order placement flow to ensure nominee details are properly captured.

    • If the investor has opted "No" for a nominee, this check will be skipped.

    • If the investor has opted "Yes" and any of the mandatory nominee details are missing, a prompt will ask the investor to Update Now /Skip

  • This ensures smoother compliance while still giving flexibility during the order flow.

  1. Updates in Portfolio Rebalancing Report:

  • We have enhanced the Portfolio Rebalancing Report by introducing the option to add Notes and attach the Factsheet of the recommended schemes.

  • These additions will now be included in both the PDF and Excel versions of the report, making it easier to share complete and more informative recommendations with your clients.

  • Where to Find:

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Rebalancing 


       

 


  1. Watchlist Table Updates:

  • The Watchlist table has been updated with two key enhancements

    • A new row for NSE Nifty 50 TRI has been added.

    • A new column is now available to show 2-Year Returns for better performance comparison.

  • Where to Find:

  1. Compliance Reports-Usage Guides with Actionable Steps:

  • Compliance Reports have been enhanced with built-in usage guides. These guides provide clear, step-by-step instructions to help you understand the report and take the right actions.

  • Where to Find:

    • Dashboard > Data Management > Compliance Report 


         



  1. Investor Alerts Now Shareable via WhatsApp:

  • Advisors can now share Investor Alerts directly via WhatsApp Scheduler, just like they were earlier shared through Email Scheduler.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Settings > Alert Configuration


       

 


  • Start Campaign for Alerts

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > WhatsApp Scheduler > Start Campaign

  1. Sending Sub Broker ARN and EUIN Renewal Alerts:

  • Mint now allows you to update the validity date for ARN and EUIN holders. Based on this, renewal alerts will be automatically sent 30 days before and after the expiry date, so you never miss an important renewal.

  • You can enter or update the validity date either while creating an individual user or through bulk user creation.

  • Check Validity Dates:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Business Analytics > Alerts Reports


       

 




Bugs Resolved


  1. Error in NSE Invest When Opened in Mobile Browser:

  • Issue Reported:

    • Some UI and UX issues were observed when accessing NSE Invest through the mobile web browser.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • These issues have been fixed. NSE Invest can now be accessed smoothly on mobile browsers without UI or UX issues.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Screen > Invest Online NSE Invest


       

 


  1. Target Scheme Column Empty in Transaction Statement XLS:

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Transaction Statement XLS, the Target Scheme column was showing as blank..

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been fixed, and the Target Scheme column now displays the correct data.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard >Transaction Entry 

    

       


 

  1. Transaction Statement Report Stuck on Pending:

  • Issue Reported:

    • When users tried to generate the Transaction Statement Report and checked the file in the Download menu, the status was stuck on Pending and the report was not getting generated, even after waiting for a long time.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been fixed. The Transaction Statement Report now generates smoothly and is available for download without getting stuck.

  • Generate Report:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Transaction View


       


  • Download File:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Data Management > Downloads

        

       

 


  1. Backoffice Login - Service RM Name Not Appearing:

  • Issue Reported:

    • In Backoffice Login, when users searched for a Service RM to assign in the Clients menu, the system showed No Data Available instead of listing the Service RM names.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This issue has been fixed. Service RM names now appear correctly when searched and can be set smoothly in the Clients menu.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell - Back Office

    • Dashboard > Clients > Select Clients > Action Tab (Set Service RM)


       

 


  1. Net Investment Value Mismatch in Portfolio Performance Report:

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Portfolio Performance Report (XLS), the Net Investment value for each row did not match with the values shown in the Portfolio Summary Report for the same selected period.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have corrected the calculation logic, and the Net Investment values are now consistent across both reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity for your comparisons.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Performance Report


       

 


  1. Incorrect Sub Broker Code Sent in Orders via NSE Invest:

  • Issue Reported:

    • When placing orders through NSE Invest, the system was incorrectly sending the RM code instead of the Sub-Broker code.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • This has been fixed, and now the correct Sub-Broker code is sent with orders placed via NSE Invest.

  • Place Order via NSE Invest:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Invest Online NSE Invest > New Investment
