App Relaunch should start from where we left off

If I launch the application and minimize it

There are 2 ways to get back to the application

1. From the recent application 

2. From the app list or home page icon

There is one bug/issue if I get back to the application from the home screen icon or the app list, then the app is not able to launch from where I paused at last visit, unlike getting back to the application from the recent application list
