Welcome to Investwell Release Notes. We are pleased to inform you about the updates being made to our software this week.

Feature Updates


  1. BSE: Minimum Investment Amount Now Visible While Placing Orders:

  • To help avoid order failures and make the transaction process smoother, we’ve added a small but useful update in the BSE Order Placing Form.

  • Now, while placing an order, users will see the minimum investment amount required for the selected scheme, helping them enter the right amount from the very beginning.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Invest Online BSE > Go to Order Placing Form, from any menu > Select Scheme 


   



  1. Improvements in Capital Gain Realized PDF Report:

  • We’ve added a few helpful options to the Capital Gain Realized PDF Report.

  • Now, in the Data Options section while generating the report, along with Portfolio Valuation, you’ll also see new options to Show or Hide the following:

    • Dividend Summary

    • ELSS Investments

    • Mutual Fund TDS Details

  • These additions give you more control over what information appears in the report, so you can generate exactly what you need.

  1. New PMS Options Now Available in Investwell Mint:

  • We have added 5 new PMS options to Investwell Mint to give you a broader range of portfolio management choices.

  • The newly integrated PMSs are:

    • Multi Act PMS, True Beacon, SageOne, Wryght Research, Equitree PMS

  • Add PMS Credentials:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Setting > PMS Credentials > Add Credentials 

   

 


  1. EUIN Column Added in My Orders for NSE, BSE, and MFU:

  • We have added a EUIN column in the My Orders section of NSE, BSE, and MFU.

  • This column will be visible when you select System Order in the My Orders menu. It helps you easily track and verify the EUIN linked to each order.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Invest Online BSE/NSE/MFU > My Orders (System Orders)


   

 


  1. Improvements in Portfolio Valuation Report PDF:

  • We’ve made enhancements to the Portfolio Valuation PDF report for better clarity and detail.

  • Now, when you generate the report using Group By options 2nd or 5th, and if the Folio Detail checkbox is selected, the folio detail section will include a new column called "Folio Type".

  • This column clearly displays whether the folio is Physical or Demat, making the report more informative and actionable.

  1. Improvements in CAS Import:

  • We’ve made a small but useful improvement in the CAS Import menu.

  • The log table, which shows the history of all CAS imports, now includes a new column called "Imported By."  Based on your hierarchy level, you’ll be able to see who performed each import, giving you better visibility and control over import activity.

  • Where to Find:

    • Broker Dashboard > Data Management > CAS Import 

   

 


  1. Disclaimers Added in Calculators:

  • We have added relevant disclaimers across all financial calculators to ensure better clarity and transparency.

  • These disclaimers help users understand the assumptions and limitations behind the results shown, making the tools more informative and reliable for decision-making.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Utilities > Calculators


   

 


  1. New Improvements in My Documents:

  • We’ve made a useful change in the My Documents section on the Client Portal.

  • Now, when a user clicks on any uploaded file, it will open in an on-screen preview instead of downloading automatically.

  • This makes it easier to quickly view documents without needing to save them first.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Investor Dashboard > My Document

 

   


  1. Client Watchlist Now Mobile Responsive:

  • The Client Watchlist is now fully mobile responsive when accessed through a mobile web browser.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell (Mobile Browser)

    • Investor Dashboard > Watch List


   

 



Bugs Resolved

  1. Issue with PMS Not Auto-Updating (Ask PMS):

  • Issue Reported:

    • There was a problem with Ask PMS, where its current value wasn’t updating automatically. An additional error was encountered while trying to fetch the Statement of Account (SOA).

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We’ve fixed this issue. Ask PMS values will now update automatically, ensuring smooth and accurate SOA fetching going forward.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Data Management  > Create Transaction ( Other Assets)

  • Select PMS using the filter

  1. Incorrect End Date in Capital Gain Realized PDF & Excel Report: 

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Capital Gain Realized PDF and Excel reports, when users selected the Financial Year 2025–2026, the report was showing an end date of 31-03-2026, which hasn’t occurred yet.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We’ve corrected this. Now, when FY 2025–2026 is selected, the end date will automatically reflect today’s date (the date the report is generated), up until the financial year is complete. This ensures the report reflects only actual, up-to-date data.

    • Investor Dashboard > Reports > Capital Gain Realized (PDF/Excel)


   

 


  1. Duplicate Invoice Number Error While Creating AMC Invoice:

  • Issue Reported:

    • Some MFDs were unable to create an AMC invoice from the Create AMC Bill section due to a message saying the invoice number not available. However, when they checked the AMC Bill Register, no such invoice with that number was actually created.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We’ve fixed the validation logic. Now, users can enter an invoice number without facing a false duplicate error, ensuring a smoother billing experience.

  • Create AMC Bill:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Billing > Create AMC Bill


   

 


  1. Fund Screener Filters Not Working Properly:

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the Fund Screener menu, users noticed that even after using the Scheme Category and selecting the desired category, the results were not filtered accordingly. It continued to show all schemes instead of just the selected ones.

    • Additionally, the Fund House (AMC) filter wasn’t functioning as expected.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We’ve fixed the filter functionality. Now, when you apply category or AMC filters, the Fund Screener will display results accurately based on your selections, making your research process quicker and more precise.

  1. Multiple Data Points Not Displaying in ‘My Journey So Far’ (Last One Year Filter):

  • Issue Reported:

    • In the My Journey So Far menu, when the period was set to Last One Year, the chart was showing data for only a single point, instead of reflecting multiple data points across the selected time frame. This disrupted the user’s ability to view a complete performance trend.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We’ve fixed the issue; multiple data points now appear accurately across the timeline when Last One Year is selected, giving users a clear and complete view of their journey.
