Welcome to Investwell Release Notes. We are pleased to inform you about the updates being made to our software this week.

Feature Updates


  1. Improvements in Task Manager:-

  • Several improvements have been made to improve usability and accessibility in Task Manager:

  • Removed 'Created At' Filter

    • The date range filter for "Created At" has been removed. Now, tasks will be displayed based on the selected "Action Date" range, which will be pre-set from the current date to the next 7 days.

  • Task names are now clickable and open a popup in view mode to easily read the full task description.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Utilities > Task Manager > 

     

  • Click on the Task Name  


   


 

        Use the “Mark as Closed” CTA text from the popup to close the task if the task is         completed.


  1. Improved Broker Dashboard Mobile Responsive:- 

  • The Broker Dashboard has been made mobile responsive, offering a smoother and more accessible experience when accessed from mobile web browsers.

  • Enhanced readability and usability on mobile devices allow brokers to access and manage dashboards more efficiently on the move.

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Home Screen>


   



  1. Improvements in Risk Profile PDF and Related Menus:-


  1. Several enhancements have been made to the Risk Profiling PDF and related menus for better clarity, control, and usability.

  2. PDF Enhancements:

    • Assigned Risk Profile Name and Riskometer are now displayed in the Risk Profile PDF.

    • Submission Date and Validity Date are shown.

    • Disclaimer added at the end of the PDF.

  • Where to Find:

    • After Submitting the Risk Profile Investors will receive the PDF on their registered Email ID.


   


  •  Setup Risk Profile Menu:

    • A new option has been added to reset the questionnaire to the default risk profiling format.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Risk Profiling > Setup Risk Profiler


     


  • Risk Profiles Submissions Menu:

    • A filter has been added to the AUM column.

    • Search option has been added to all the other columns.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Risk Profiling > Risk Profile Submission Menu


   


 


  1. Updates in Sub-Broker Login Dashboard:-

  • We have updated the Sub-Broker login dashboard in this release.

  • Now, when a Sub-Broker logs in, their user-level designation will be displayed next to their name on the dashboard.

  • This new update helps easily identify the user’s role and hierarchy.

    • Sub -Broker Dashboard > Top Right Corner


   

 



  1. New AUM Filter Added in Duplicate Finder:-

  • With the latest release, we have introduced a new filter on AUM in the Duplicate Finder menu. This will help you refine and manage duplicate records based on AUM criteria.

  • Where to Find:

    • Log in to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Data Management > Duplicate Finder 


   

 


  1. Updated PAN not Mandatory in Onboarding Flow:- 

  • With the latest release, we have updated the document upload rules during client onboarding as per the exchange selection and KYC status.

  • For KYC Verified Flow:

    • When onboarding through MFU, PAN document upload and Cancelled Cheque upload will be mandatory.

    • When onboarding through NSE or BSE, PAN upload and Cancelled Cheque upload will not be mandatory.

  • For KYC Non Verified Flow:

    • When onboarding through MFU, Cancelled Cheque upload will be mandatory.

    • When onboarding through NSE or BSE, Cancelled Cheque upload will not be mandatory.

Bugs Resolved

 


  1. Order Failure via NSE Cart:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • An issue was reported where orders placed through the NSE cart were failing with the error message "Bank name should not be null." This happened because the Default ARN was not getting selected during the process.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have fixed the bug, and orders placed via the NSE cart will now get processed successfully.

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard  > Invest Online NSE > Cart


   


 

  1. Column Alignment Issue in SIP Mining Report:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A bug was reported where there was a column alignment issue in the SIP Mining report, causing the data to appear misaligned.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have corrected the alignment issue, and the SIP Mining report now displays data in the proper column format.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard  > Business Analytics > SIP Mining


   

 

 

  1. Submit Button Disabled for CAMS SOA Captcha Submission:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • An issue was reported where the Submit button for CAMS SOA Captcha was disabled for Relationship Managers when their Add/Edit permission was turned off.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have resolved this issue, and the Submit button now works correctly regardless of the Add/Edit permission status given to RMs.

    • Dashboard > Folio Lookup > Click on Folio Number


   

 



  1. Old Format PDF Downloaded for CG Realized Report on Mobile Browser:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • An issue was reported where downloading the CG Realized Report from a mobile browser resulted in the old format PDF being downloaded.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have updated the system to ensure that the new PDF format is downloaded when accessed via mobile browsers.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard >  Reports > Capital Gain Realized


       


 

  1. Redemption Order Failure in MFU Cart:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • An issue was reported where redemption orders placed via the MFU cart were failing, showing an error message: "Amount should be empty."

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have resolved this issue, and redemption orders via the MFU cart will now be processed successfully.

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Invest Online MFU > Cart > Add from Portfolio
