Duplicate Client Creation Issue:-
Issue Reported:
A user reported an issue where duplicate clients were being created. After migrating from the desktop, a client was created. However, when IINs were fetched from NSE, it led to the creation of another client for the same individual. This occurred due to certain checks being passed during the creation of a new client.
Issue Resolved:
Our development team has updated the process to address this issue. The checks have been corrected, and duplicate client creation will no longer occur.
