Feature Updates


  1. Updates in Client Profile Summary with Escalation Matrix:- 


  • With the latest release, the Client Profile Summary has been updated to include the Escalation Matrix. This feature displays the company hierarchy currently assigned to the investor.

  • This update provides a clear view of the investor’s assigned hierarchy.

  • This can help the investor to easily identify the person to contact in case of any requirement.

  • Where to find:

    • Dashboard > Clients > Click on the client’s name

  1. Updates in Capital Gain Unrealized PDF and XLS report for FY 24-25:- 


  • With the latest release, the Capital Gain Unrealized PDF and XLS report for the current financial year has been updated to include details according to the latest Tax Regime.

  • Provides updated, relevant information in capital gains reporting.

  • To Download Capital Gain Unrealized PDF Report or Share via Email:

  1. Updates in Capital Gain Realized FY 24-25 Onscreen Report:-


  • With the latest release, the Capital Gain Realized Onscreen report for the current financial year has been updated to include details according to the latest Tax Regime.

  • Provides updated, relevant information in the Realized Capital Gains report.

  1. Active Assets Checkbox in Portfolio Summary Report:-


  • With the latest release, we have updated the Portfolio Summary report. While using the "Group by Asset Class" option and selecting All Assets, the checkbox to filter for Active Assets Only in the data options was previously not available.

  • This checkbox has now been added, allowing users to generate a report that provides either a summarised view of all assets or a filtered view showing only active assets.

  • Enables customisation and enhances usability while generating the report.

  1. Updates in Client Bill Register:-


  • With the latest release, we have updated the Client Bill Register. In addition to the existing PDF file download option, we have introduced the ability to download the file in Excel format.

  • Provides flexibility in choosing the desired report format.

  • Enhances data handling capabilities with Excel’s functionalities.

  1.  Showing KRA Status in Video KYC Status Report:- 


  • With the latest release, the Video KYC Status Report has been enhanced to display the KRA Status. A new status column has been added to indicate whether the KRA is Successful, Failed, Pending, or Incomplete/Draft.

  • Enhances tracking of KRA statuses, improves clarity in monitoring KYC progress, and helps identify incomplete or pending processes efficiently.

  1. Compliance Changes in  UCC Creation Process in BSE:-


  • With the latest updates made by BSE, Mint has been updated accordingly. When creating a new UCC, the following enhancements have been introduced:

    • If the tax status is selected as "On behalf of minor," a dropdown menu is now available to select the guardian's relationship.

    • When adding a nominee, a new dropdown menu has been added to select the nominee's relationship.

  • These updates simplify the UCC creation process, reduce errors, and ensure accurate data entry for both guardian and nominee information.

  1. New Option to Delete IIN/UCC/CAN Mapping in Folio Lookup:-


  • With the latest update users to delete IIN/UCC/CAN mappings to folio fromthe Folio Lookup menu. The available options for deletion are specific to the respective exchange.

  • This enhancement provides greater flexibility in managing folio mappings, ensuring accurate and efficient data maintenance.

Bugs Resolve



  1. Missing Indices in the Top Scheme Table:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the Top Scheme table. When the "Indices" checkbox was selected, certain schemes were not displayed in the table.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team identified and resolved the bug causing this issue. Now, all relevant schemes appear in the table when the "Indices" checkbox is ticked.

  • Where to Find:

  1. Improvements in Access Permissions:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where they were unable to modify specific access permissions for sub-users. 

    • The affected functionality was:

      • Morningstar AWS

      • User-Defined Securities

      • Transmission Process


  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has implemented improvements to address this issue. Brokers can now successfully update access permissions for the above-mentioned functionalities.

  1. Comprehensive Portfolio not Getting Downloaded:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where they were unable to download the Comprehensive Portfolio. When details were selected, they encountered an error message: "Cannot read properties of undefined."

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and resolved the bug causing this issue. Users can now successfully download the Comprehensive Portfolio without any errors.

  1. Folio Missing in Portfolio Summary for all Assets:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the Portfolio Summary report where some folios were missing, and the data was mismatched when selecting All Assets.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the bug causing this issue. Now, folios with a unit balance of 0.0001 will not be displayed, ensuring accurate data representation.

  1. Switch Transaction Failure: Growth to Dividend Schemes:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where switch transactions from growth to dividend schemes failed when processed through NSE.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team identified and rectified the bug causing this issue. The switch transactions can now be successfully processed.

  1. Incorrect Capital Gain Realized Report:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the Capital Gain Realized report for FY 2024-25, where the cost of acquisition was displayed incorrectly for certain schemes.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the bug causing this discrepancy. The report now accurately reflects the cost of acquisition for all schemes.

  1. Issue with IP Address Check:-  

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with the IP address restrictions. If a user logged in from an allowed IP address but later moved outside the allowed IP range, they could still access the software. Ideally, the user should have been automatically logged out upon leaving the allowed IP range.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the bug. Now, users moving out of the allowed IP range will be automatically logged out of the software.

  1. CAN Status Not Updating:-  

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where the CAN status was not updating as expected. This happened due to new CAN statuses at the MFU end, that were not handled in Investwell.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team identified and rectified the bug causing this issue. The CAN status now updates correctly.

  • To Check the Status of Incomplete CAN:

    • Dashboard > Invest Online MFU > Profile List > Incomplete CAN

   

       




  1. Error in Retriggering Transaction Confirmation Email for UPI and Cheque Payments:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue when attempting to retrigger the transaction confirmation email for purchase orders. This error occurred specifically when the payment mode was UPI or Cheque.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified the bug causing this issue. Users can now successfully retrigger transaction confirmation emails for all types of payment modes.

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE > My Order > Action > Re Trigger Trxn Confirmation Mail


       




  1. Order Authentication Issue Between Mobile App and Web Browser:- 


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with order authentication. When an order was placed via the mobile app and the authentication was completed on a web browser, the mobile app displayed an error message, "Authentication is already done" but still didn’t allow the user to proceed with placing the order.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has updated the system to address this issue. The system now accurately handles authentication scenarios across different platforms, ensuring consistency and preventing order placement errors.

  1. Unable to Place Transactions Under the Same Folio Number:- 


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where they were unable to place a transaction in a new scheme using an existing folio no. This happened as Purchase/Sell wasn’t allowed in the scheme which Investor currently held in that folio.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the issue. Users can now seamlessly place transactions under the same folio number for schemes within the same AMC.

  1. Compliance Report: Folio W/O Nominee Showing Sole Proprietorship Folios:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the compliance report. When generating a report for folios without a nominee, the report incorrectly included folios with Sole Proprietorship accounts. As Sole Propriertoships don’t need to nominate, this was an issue in the report. 

  • Issue Resolved:

    • We have enhanced the system to ensure Sole Proprietorship folios are no longer included in the compliance report for folios without a nominee.

  1. CMS Code Not Displaying in Transaction Slip in Case of NSE:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the transaction slip generated when the Cheque Deposit Mode was selected as "Deposit at the CMS Branch." The slip displayed a Virtual Account Number instead of the CMS Code.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has resolved the issue. The transaction slip now correctly displays the CMS Code when "Deposit at the CMS Branch" is selected as the cheque deposit mode.

  1. Improved Functionality in Create Transaction Tab:-

  • Update Explanation:

    • With the latest release, we have enhanced the functionality in the Create Transaction tab. Now, when switching between asset classes, the selected date filter and user will be retained, ensuring a seamless transition.

  • Benefits:

    • Saves time by eliminating the need to reselect filters and users.

    • Provides a smoother experience while switching asset classes.

  1. Unable to Delete Manual Transactions from Migrated Data:- 

  • Issue Reported:-

    • A user reported an issue where they were unable to delete manual transactions from migrated data.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and resolved the issue. Users can now successfully delete manual transactions from the migrated data.
