Suggetion to client while redemption

Respected Anuj Sir and Sunil Sir,

Today while placing a redemption order on the DSP MF investor login module I came across a very innovative way by which AMC is educating cum trying to reverse the redemption decision of the client so that he/she does not take a panic decision and end up in a booking loss.

I have shared 2 screenshots of one of my clients to showcase to you the actual practice followed by DSP MF. 

The reason for raising this ticket is to show you how some AMC is doing good work and helping distributors like us in a manner so that our AUM is protected vis-a-vis wealth is created by avoiding redemption.
