As per the changes of 2FA in online transactions, NSE, BSE & MFU will send OTP for Redemption and Switch orders to the contact details as per the IIN/UCC profile. when OTP will be verified, NSE/BSE will send the order confirmation along with the Email, Mobile no. using which user verified the order. Now, if the RTA finds that the contact details given by the exchange is different from the contact details in the folio master, the order will be rejected by the RTA. So using this report, broker must urge his investor to update contact details in folio master.
What about MFU CAN data mismatch?
