Introduction : 


Based on the requests received to create a user level with certain client access rights that do not fit in our current reporting hierarchy we have created 2 types of user levels. These User levels shall remain independent of the existing reporting hierarchy. The 2 types of User levels are :

  1. Back Office 

  2. Service RM


Path : 


Settings to create users under these 2 levels will be available from Settings >> User Settings >> Create User >> Select User type as Back Office or Service RM.


Step 1: Settings >> User Settings




Step 2: Click on Create User and select User type as Back Office/Service RM



The following input fields are mandatory for any Back Office/Service RM.


  1. Name

  2. Username

  3. Email ID

  4. Mobile

Feature Description 


Back Office 


  1. Each Back Office user login id will have access to all clients.

  2. Back office users cannot be assigned to 1 client as they have access to all client's data by default.


Dashboard 

The dashboard of Operation users will have the following information


  1. Total AUM of the clients and their bifurcation in Equity and Non-Equity

  2. Total no of Investors and total SIP clients 

  3. The total SIP amount and count in the previous month.

  4. Business Update

  5. Last Transaction Date

  6. Credential Status

  7. Compliance - The total count can be seen and the back-office user will not be able to see the entire details.

  8. Due Tasks - The total count for the different due tasks can be seen but the back-office user will not be able to see the complete details.






Clients Menu


Operation users will have access to all the clients and they can also create a new client and edit existing client details.




Folio Look-Up


The user can check the folio details of all the clients and all actions can be performed by back-office users similar to what we have provided in your log-in.

Transactions View 


Back Office users will have access to view all the transactions of the client's assets wise



Feature Description


Service RM


1. It can be assigned to one or more clients

2. One client can have no more than 1 Service RM.

3. Service RM can be assigned to multiple clients irrespective of the RM of the clients.


Portal View 


All the menus that are visible to RM by default will be visible to Service RM.
