Dear All.
Recently Yahoo changed its policy regarding Auto-forwarding of mails receiving in your inbox.
From 1st January 2021, all the RTA mails which are being forwarded to Mint mailback server will be stopped. Hence we suggest you add an additional Gmail id for mailback services in all the RTA.
Step 1: Create a new Gmail id or use your existing one and share the same with us.
Step 2: For CAMS, Take a printout of the attached document file, fill your details, sign it with your company seal, scan it and send the scan copy to helpdist@camsonline.com. If they do not accept the mail then submit it at the nearest CAMS service centre. Click here to find out the same.
Step 3: For Karvy, Login to your Karvy Portal, click on "Update Alternate Email ID" button on dashboard and update the new Gmail id.
