To resolve this please follow this sequence of steps -
Go to Setup Menu > Program Settings:-
Please compact your database by moving to Setup > Compact database menu
First click on Compact and then click on Re Index.
Then follow these steps -
- Go to Setup menu
- Go to Program Setting menu
- Check for NAV up to [ You need to change one day back date i.e. if it is 12/11/2016 make it as 11/11/2016]
- After that Click on Save button
- Now Go to Housekeeping Menu Click on Import NAV
- Now Download the NAV

Update Version of investwell
Please download the below link and extract to investwell folder
www.printwellonline.com/downloads/investwell/iwsmain.zip
and while updating Investwell should be closed.. and copy replace all previous files and then check
