To resolve this please follow this sequence of steps -

Go to Setup Menu > Program Settings:-

Please compact your database by moving to Setup > Compact database menu

First click on Compact and then click on Re Index.

Then follow these steps -

  • Go to Setup menu
  • Go to Program Setting menu
  • Check for NAV up to [ You need to change one day back date i.e. if it is 12/11/2016 make it as 11/11/2016]
  • After that Click on Save button
  • Now Go to Housekeeping Menu Click on Import NAV
  • Now Download the NAV




Update Version of investwell

Please download the below link and extract to investwell folder

and while updating Investwell should be closed.. and copy replace all previous files and then check
