please allow the client to do goal planning and risk profiling in the mobile app
reason being the mobile app is a convenient option for the current scenario
number of clients using the android mobile app is way higher than the those using ios app and website
so I request to add this in the mobile app to get the maximum benefit out of the feature to all clients
