Portfolio Snapshot in Client Portal

Exciting news! Our client portal's reports section is now upgraded. Clients can easily check their portfolio snapshot directly from their login, making it more convenient for both advisor and their investors.

New Watchlist Feature Now Live in Client Portal

We're excited to introduce a new addition to the client portal – the "Watchlist" menu. This menu conveniently lists all the schemes purchased by the investor. It consists of two tabs: "Days Change" displays the 1-day return of the scheme, while "Historical Change" showcases the trailing returns of the investor's purchased schemes.

Portfolio Rebalancing Reports Improvements

We have upgraded our system and have added 2 filter options “Managed Data & Outside Data to select from the source you want to select.
Additionally, we have added sorting options for columns like Client Name, Scheme, Folio, Long-term Amount, and Short-term Amount. This enhances user experience by providing a more organised view.

Additionally, we've improved clarity in capital gain calculations by segregating data by individual applicants. Now, users can use a client multi-select dropdown with "All" as the default option for streamlined access to specific client data. These updates aim to make data analysis more detailed and user-friendly.
 


Show DP ID on screen in case of Demat folios

We've updated our platform with a new feature, that will show the DP id on screen in case of Demat folios ensuring accurate and secure processing of client instructions

 

Sell orders now visible in MFU portal 

Ever since our integration with MFU went live a couple of years back the most frequent feedback we got was that the Redemption orders placed through Investwell did not reflect in the MFU portal of the distributor. This was because MFU had not given a provision to supply the ARN number in the Redemption request format. After acknowledging the same feedback, the MFU team has added ARN in their request format and the same has now been supplied by Investwell system. So, now you’ll be able to see the Redemption orders in the MFU distributor portal as well.



PMS Integration: Save Multiple Login Credentials
With our latest update we have improved the PMS integration experience. Now, users can store multiple login credentials for a single provider. 


Additionally while adding a PMS in 'Other Assets,' all providers with their respective usernames are displayed. This enables the user to select distinct PMS providers easily making it more convenient for them to integrate and save multiple login credentials for the same provider.

Mint Enhancements: Discover What's New and Access Help Easily

We're excited to introduce two new tabs – "What's New" and "Help". Discover the freshest updates by clicking on the "What's New" tab, featuring a widget with information on the latest features in Mint.  

For any assistance Click on the "Help" tab to access the helpdesk page, where you can raise tickets and track their status.

You can access both of the tabs directly from the Dash-Board


 


Revised Bank Details for Demat UCC Redemptions:

In the recent update, we've fixed the display of bank details for Demat UCC Redemptions. Previously, account details were sourced from folio details, now, they’ll be shown from the Demat UCC bank details as per BSE 

 

Below are the Bugs resolved:


KYC Missing, in Case of Minor

Users reported an issue where KYC was indicated as missing for minors or 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Joint holders, despite the presence of the guardian's PAN, which is sufficient information.

Our team has identified and resolved this issue to ensure accurate representation of KYC status for accounts with guardianship details.

NSE Systematic orders - Cease Authorization date showing wrong:

Some users reported a bug, while checking the cease authorization date there was a deviation in the date shown in the Investwell software and the NSE portal, Our development team has identified and rectified the bug associated with it.

Difference in Unrealised Actual Capital Gain and Taxable Capital Gain:

A user identified an issue where a deviation existed between the Actual Gain and Taxable Capital Gain for Long-Term Equity purchased made after 2018. The root cause making this deviation was due to the exclusion of stamp duty in the cost of acquisition. We are pleased to share that our development team has promptly addressed and resolved this issue, ensuring accurate calculation.

HDFC Index Nifty 50 scheme is not available while making new investments.

Users encountered an issue where they were unable to locate the specific scheme "HDFC Index Fund - Nifty 50 Plan" when making a new investment, even after directly searching for it and applying filters. Our team identified and successfully resolved the issue.


 


Upcoming SIP Alerts in Case of any Manual Changes Done.

Users reported a bug where, if they manually changed details for any SIP, they wouldn't receive alerts or notifications for the upcoming SIP. Our development team swiftly identified and addressed this issue by implementing system changes. Now the user will not face any issue in receiving the alerts.
