Below are the Feature Update:


CAS Import via OTP:


We are excited to announce the latest update to our platform, featuring the integration of the MF Central CAS API. 

With this update, users can easily update the CAS data of their client via OTP verification by entering the investor's PAN and Mobile number.


You can use the below steps to explore the newly update feature

Login to Investwell >> Data Managment >> CAS Import >> Enter PAN and Contact Number >> Enter OTP


Customized Client Master Settings for Brokers:


Brokers can now personalize their Client Master view by selecting the columns they want to see on the Clients menu.

This feature allows for flexibility, enabling brokers to decide which information is most relevant to their workflow.


Follow the steps to use the customization

Login to Investwell >> Clients >> Customize columns >> Tick the options you want >> Apply



Filter for Favorite Schemes in Top Schemes:


Advisors can now narrow down their search and analysis within the "Top Schemes" section to focus exclusively on their favorite schemes.

This filter ensures a more personalized and efficient experience for advisors when evaluating scheme performance.


Below Steps to Navigate:

Login to Investwell >> Utilities >> Top Schemes >> Click on the search icon of Favorite >> Filter here.


Enhancement of Login History:


The Data Management >> Login History module now includes the login history of Back Office users and Service RMs.

A new filter option has been introduced, enabling users to filter the login history based on user levels.

Below are the Bugs resolved:


Issue with NSE All Orders Display:


Previously, users encountered a display issue in the NSE All Orders section when multiple ARNs were associated with a broker. In certain scenarios, applying the IIN filter resulted in blank rows being displayed.


We have resolved this issue to ensure that the NSE All Orders section now accurately reflects data even when multiple ARNs are associated with a broker and the IIN filter is applied.


Use the below steps to view the order history:

Login to Investwell >> Invest Online NSE >> My orders >> All Orders >> Apply



Insurance Bulk Upload Error:


Users encountered an error during bulk uploads of data, specifically related to insurance information. The error message indicated that the PAN and investor combination, or the AppCode, were missing. This issue hindered the smooth upload of data.


We have resolved this bug, and the system now correctly processes bulk uploads without triggering errors. This fix aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data uploads, providing a more seamless experience for users.


Follow below steps to upload the Insurance Data in Bulk:

Login to Investwell >> Insurance >> Bulk Upload >> Download Sample File >> Enter Data in Sample file >> Upload.



SOA Generation Issue for Helios AMC:


Users were previously encountering an error with a message stating "Something is not good" when generating SOA for Helios Asset Management Company. 

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has been successfully addressed, and users should no longer encounter any errors during the SOA generation process for Helios AMC. The system is now running smoothly without the previously reported issue.


Use the below mentioned steps to download SOAs for folios:

Login to Investwell >> Folio Lookup >> Search Folio or Client >> SOA >> Download SOA.




Issue with Mobile App Configuration:


Users encountered an issue where, after saving a custom link in the mobile app configuration settings, a "Something went wrong" popup would appear upon attempting to open the mobile app configuration again.

We have addressed this issue, and users should no longer experience the error popup.


Go through the below mentioned steps to configure your mobile app:

Login to Investwell >> Settings >> Mobile App Configuration >> Make Changes >> Save.
