Mint Release Note Date 01/10/2023

Below Features were released during the week:


  1. My SIP Show Data From SIP Master:

  • We have updated the My SIPs section to show the SIP Master details of the client in a separate table.

  • This will help the user to understand the SIP details of the client.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to view the SIP details of the client:

Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard >> My SIP


 


  1. Client Searches to Show PAN After Client's Name:

  • We have updated the client search across Mint to show the PAN of the client after the name for the user to identify the client account they want to search.

  • Below are the sections wherein the update is done:

  • Folio lookup → Filter - Applicant (Mapped To)

  • Utilities / Forms → Applicant Name

  • Utilities / Scheme Compare → Select Family Head, Select Client

  • Business Analytics / Redemption Simulation → Group by Investor → Client Name

  • Business Analytics / Direct Vs Regular Savings → Search Investor Name, Search Family Head Name

  • Data Management / AUM Reconciliation → Search Investor (filter == Investor)

  • Billing / Create Client Bill → Family Head, Investor

 


  1. Backoffice and Service RM Update:

  • We have updated the back office and service RM level to have a brokerage and Utilities section in their login once access is provided to them.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to create the user account on the system:

Login to Investwell >> Settings >> User settings >> create user.

 

  1. Top Schemes:

  • We have made the below changes in the Top Schemes Section on the system:

  • Add 3 new fields on the screen and Excel for Trailing returns of 15, 20, and 25 years for Lumpsum returns

  • Add 2 new fields on screen for Trailing SIP returns of 15 and 20 yrs.

  • Add Recommended Yes/No column in Excel export of Top Schemes

  • Below are the steps to be taken to view the Top Schemes

Login to Investwell >> Utilities >> Top Schemes.

 


  1. SIP Pause Option For BSE:

  • We have updated our SIP section to include the SIP pause option along with the SIP cease.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to Pause a SIP from Investwell:

Login to Investwell >> Invest Online BSE >> Systematic Order >> Search client >> Modify SIP >> SIP Pause

 

 

  1. Capital Gain Realized PDF - Show FD Accrued Interest:

  • We have updated our Capital Gain Realized PDF report to include the Accrued Interest for the FDs that were live during the particular period selected by the user.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to generate the capital gain realized report:

Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard >> Reports >> Capital Gain Realized

 

  1. Until Cancel Option Removed From Systematic Transactions and Mandate:

  • Effective from the date 1st October 2023 following changes have been made:

  • SIPs can be registered only for a maximum duration of 30 years or below from today's date.

  • The option of “UNTIL CANCELLED” has been removed from the OTM mandate form and Emandate. The maximum duration of the mandate is only up to 30 years or below.

  • The mandate Form is also updated as per the requirement

  • Below are the steps to be taken to register the mandate:

Login to Investwell >> Invest Online BSE >> Mandate List >> Create Mandate

 

  1. Completion Page After Onboarding:

  • While onboarding the clients, once you finish uploading the documents, the system earlier used to redirect directly to the transaction page of Investwell.

  • This has been changed to show the completion page, which will have 2 options: invest now and go to the dashboard.

 



  1. Mutual Fund Bulk Upload:

  • While uploading a manual transaction of Mutual Fund on the system, the system will now save the scheme name entered in the Excel file with the scheme name mapped on the system by the user.

  • This will ease the process for the broker while adding manual transactions.

  • The broker will still have the option to change the scheme mapping in case the wrong scheme is mapped.

  • Below are the steps to Upload the Mutual Fund Data via Bulk Upload.

Login to Investwell >> Data Management>> Create Transaction >> Mutual Fund >> Bulk Upload.

 


  1. Bulk Upload User File:

  • While bulk uploading the user creation file, mapping the hierarchy can be done by entering the user code for the reporting head.

  • The reporting head account need not be there in the Excel file like earlier.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to upload the user in bulk

Below Bugs Were Resolved During The Week:


  1. STP, SIP, and SWP frequency not being shown in Cart:

  • While Initiating weekly systematic transactions from the system via NSE, the frequency was not getting mapped on the front end.

  • Due to this, the transactions were not getting initiated. This issue has now been resolved.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to initiate the transaction:

Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard >> Invest Online NSE >> Additional Transactions >> click on transact for the corresponding scheme >> Enter details

 


  1. Goal Creation Error - Retirement Goal:

  • While creating the retirement goal on the system, there was an error while saving the details for calculation.

  • This error has been resolved and the retirement goal planning is done correctly.

  • Below are the steps to be taken to create a goal plan for your client:

Login to Invetswell >> Utilities >> Goal Planner >> Add Goal Plan >> Select client >> Enter details.

 


  1. Model Portfolio - Factsheet Included by Default Even if Unticked:

  • We have updated our model portfolio reports to include factsheets if the option is ticked while creating the model.

  • There was an issue here wherein the factsheet was displayed in the reports even if the checkbox was unticked.

  • This issue has been resolved now.

  • Below are the steps to create a model on the system:

Login to Investwell >> Utilities >> Model Portfolio >> Create Model

 


  1. Contract Note Error:

  1. HDFC Contract Note:

  • While uploading the contract note, the system could not detect the last letter of the ISIN code.

  • Due to this the contract note of HDFC was not getting updated on the system.

  • This issue has now been resolved and the contract note is uploading successfully.


  1. Motilal Contract Note Error:

  • While uploading the Motilal contract note, the system could not read the data in the document.

  • This issue has been resolved now.


  1. IndoThaiSecurities Contract Note Error:

  • While Uploading the IndoThaiSecurities Contract note, there was an error in upload due to number formatting.

  • This issue has been resolved now.


  1. Below are the steps to be taken to upload a contract note on the system:

  • Login to Investwell >> Data Management >> Create Transaction >> Share and Bonds > Upload Contract Note

 



  1. My SIPs Applicant Wise Sub Total Showing Incorrect Figure:

  • While viewing the My SIP section for a family head, it showed the same sub-total for all the members of the family.

  • This issue has been resolved now, and the correct total figures are being displayed.

  • Below are the steps to view the My SIP section of the client:

Login to Investwell >> Go to Client Dashboard>> My SIP.

 



  1. Brokerage - Verify Payout and Post PDF Download Issue:

  • In the Verify Payout and Post section, once you post a brokerage paid to the sub-broker, the transaction details can be downloaded in Excel and PDF format.

  • Here, when clicked on the PDF button, the Excel sheet was getting downloaded. This issue has been resolved.

  • Below are the steps to generate the report:

Login to Investwell >> Brokerage >> Verify Payout and Post >> Select process month >> Select Sub-broker >> Enter the UTR Payment details and Date of Payment >> Post >> Click on the PDF button in the payout detail column.


 


  1. SIP Return Missing in Top Scheme:

  • In some schemes, the SIP return was missing from certain schemes.

  • This issue has been resolved.

  • Below are the steps to view the Top Schemes:

Login to Investwell >> Utilities >> Top Schemes


 



  1. BSE Authorization Not Working in Case of STP / SWP:

  • While authorizing the STP / SWP transaction from the system, there was an error while re-directing towards the BSE page.

  • This issue has been resolved now.
