Mint Release Note Dated as on 17/06/2023

Below Features were released during the week:


  1. BSE Mandate Sync:

  • We have started the mandate sync from BSE on a real-time basis when the user chooses a mandate to place a SIP order

  • This will ensure the status of the mandate will be updated quickly and the user can place a transaction on the same day.


  1. NSE / BSE My orders:

  • The real-time sync of the My Orders section has been updated.

  • This will ensure that the status of all orders gets updated on a real-time basis for the user to take appropriate action.


  1. Client Bulk Upload:

  • We have updated the client bulk upload section to provide a sample file that can be used by the broker to fill in their client data and upload the same on the system.

  • This will help the user to create client accounts in one go.

  • Also in case of any issue in the data, a rejection file will be generated which will help the user to make rectifications in the Excel file.

  • Below are the steps that can be taken for client bulk upload.


Login to investwell >> clients >> upload client >> download sample format >> prepare file and upload.

 

 

  1. User bulk upload:

  • We have updated our user creation section to provide a bulk upload option so that the brokers can create their sub-user accounts in one go.

  • Below are the steps that can be taken for bulk user upload.


Login to Investwell >> Settings >> User settings >> Upload.


 


 


Below Bugs were resolved during the week:


  1. Data Management:


A) Mutual Fund Bulk Upload:

  • While uploading the bulk file of Manual Transaction in MF Section, the file was getting failed yet the transactions were imported.

  • This issue has been fixed.

  • Below are steps that can be taken in order to upload manual data:

Login to investwell >> Data Management >> create transaction >> bulk upload >> select file >> upload.


 

 


B) CAS Import:


a) Transactions uploaded in the wrong scheme:

  • While importing CAS File transaction entries were uploaded in the wrong scheme.

  • This issue has been resolved now.


b) Scheme missing while CAS upload:

  • While uploading the CAS file, data of certain schemes were not getting uploaded as there was no PAN mentioned in the CAS.

  • This issue has been resolved now and the data is getting imported correctly.


c) Below are steps that can be taken in order to upload CAS:

  • Login to investwell >> data management >> CAS Import.


 


C) PMS SOA download:

  • While downloading the SOA for Unifi and Tamohara, there was an error due to which the users were not able to download the SOA.

  • This issue has been fixed.

  • Below are the steps that can be used to download the PMS SOA.

Login to investwell >> data management >> create transaction >> other assets >> search asset >> action >> view SOA.


 

 


D) ISIN not captured while uploading contract note:

  • While uploading contract notes for HDFC securities the ISIN number was not getting captured due to which the data of the same was getting rejected while uploading.

  • This issue has been fixed now.

  • Below are the steps that can be taken to upload the contract note:

Login to investwell >> data management >> create transaction >> share and bonds >> upload contract note.

 

 



  1. BSE:


A) BSE Authorization:

  • When clicked on Authorize Now, a successful response was generated but the link did not open.

  • This has now been fixed and working smoothly.


B) BSE Physical Mandate PDF issue:

  • While downloading the Mandate in PDF format there was an issue with the end date in the file.

  • When Until Cancelled is selected during the mandate registration process, the end date has to be 31/12/2099 but in our PDF form, this date was wrongly mentioned as 27/04/2099.

  • This has now been fixed and working smoothly.

  • Below are steps that can be taken to generate a BSE Mandate.

C) BSE All Orders:

  • In cases where MFI and MFD both BSE Credentials are available, the system was not able to sync the order status for MFI orders.

  • This issue has been fixed and data is showing correctly.

  • Below are steps that can be taken to view the orders:

D) UCC Creation - Minor Nominee:

  • While creating UCC and entering nominee details, if the nominee is a minor correct details were not been sent to BSE via the API.

  • This issue has now been fixed and correct details are getting sent while UCC creation.


E) Edit UCC:

  • While editing the UCC, the second bank details were not been displayed for Demat UCC

  • This issue has been fixed.


  1. Comprehensive Portfolio:

A) Benchmark XIRR Missing:

  • While generating the comprehensive report and adding the benchmark returns option, the same was not displayed in the report.

  • This issue has now been resolved and working fine.


B) Asset Allocation and Holding Analysis Missing:

  • While generating the comprehensive report, the asset allocation and holding Analysis Section were missing even after the selection.

  • This issue has now been resolved


C) From and To Date not printed:

  • When a particular date range was selected, from and to date was not getting printed on the Page 1 header.

  • This issue has been fixed now.


D) Below are steps that can be taken to generate a comprehensive report.

  1. MFU Create Mandate:

  • While registering the MFU Mandate, the submit button was not providing any response.

  • This issue has been fixed and working fine.

  • Below are steps that can be taken to register a mandate in MFU:


Login to investwell >> invest online MFU >> Mandate List >> create Mandate.

 

  1. One Day Change:

  • The One day change was not calculated correctly if the Portfolio had Global schemes.

  • This has been fixed now and the correct figures are been deployed in all reports.


  1. Client list in folio Lookup:

  • While reassigning a folio to a different client the list of clients was lagging while rendering

  • This issue has been resolved.


  1. Portfolio Summary for Share and Bonds:

  • While generating the portfolio summary report for shares and bonds, the grand total XIRR calculation was incorrect for thinly traded securities whose current price is not available.

  • This issue has now been handled and calculations are correctly visible in the reports.
